Who we are
These terms apply to your use of atleanworld.com (the “website”). The website is operated by Neptune Silhouette Unipessoal Lda (“Atlean World”, “we”, “us”), based at Av. de França 140, 4760-104 Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal. Atlean World is part of the Atlean Business Hub.
Accepting these terms
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Some services have their own terms, such as a written agreement between Atlean World and a client company. Where those terms conflict with these ones, they prevail for that service.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only: to learn about Atlean World, read our articles, browse and apply for job openings, and contact us. You agree not to:
- break the law or the rights of other people when using the website;
- give us false or misleading information, or personal information that belongs to someone else without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or other people’s data, or interfere with how the website works, for example with malware or automated requests that overload it;
- copy, scrape or collect content or personal data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
- use the website to send unsolicited advertising or spam.
Job openings and applications
Job openings on the website are published by us, on our own behalf or on behalf of client companies. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but openings can change, be filled or be withdrawn at any time without notice. A job listing is not an offer of employment.
Applying through the website does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or a reply. When you apply, you confirm that the information and documents you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We may share your application with the client company the opening is for.
We do not charge candidates for applying or for our recruitment services.
Employer enquiries
If you contact us through the Employer Solutions form, we will use the details you provide to reply and to discuss your hiring needs. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. Our recruitment services are provided only under a written agreement with Atlean World.
What you send us
When you send us something through the website, such as a message, a comment or the documents in an application, you are responsible for it. You confirm that it is lawful and that you have the right to send it.
You allow us to use it only as needed to deal with your message or application and, if you posted a comment, to publish it on the page where you posted it. We may remove or refuse anything that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic.
Intellectual property
The website and everything on it, including the Atlean World and Atlean Business Hub names and logos, texts, articles, photos, graphics and design, belongs to Atlean World or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our content or brands without our written permission, except where the law allows it, for example short quotations that credit the source.
Articles and information
Articles and other information on the website, including Atlean Talks, are for general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or career advice, and you should not rely on them as if they were. We try to keep the website accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or up to date.
Links and embedded content
The website links to other websites, including other brands of the Atlean Business Hub, and may show content embedded from other sources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We do our best to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for damage caused by using the website, being unable to use it, or relying on its content. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of client companies.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it together with these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from the day they are published, and if you keep using the website afterwards you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
If you are a consumer, you can also make a complaint through the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
