We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to collaborate with our clients, develop effective advertising strategies, and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll be doing?

Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – chat, email and phone;
Keep up to date with new digital technology
Train and educate your clients in the use of digital advertising campaigns
Understand your client’s business and help them grow online
Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;

Why you are a good fit ?

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
B2 level in English
Good computer skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Experience or Interest in customer support and or advertising
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
