About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking travel customer advisor to join a exciting project in Gdańsk, Poland – one of Euroupe’s most vibrant cities!

Your Day-to-Day
- Assist customers and hosts with travel plans and property management
- Identify new opportunities to enhance user experiences
- Deliver excellent support and ensure every traveler feels valued
- Represent a global tourism platform with professionalism and empathy
What You’ll Need
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 minimum)
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in customer service is a plus — but motivation and attitude matter most!
