We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Japanse Sales and Retention Specialist to join us in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales background and customer retention.

As Sales and Retention Representative, you will sell offers to Customers over the phone and via live chat contact channels.

What you’ll be doing?

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates;
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services;
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with a professional and empathetic attitude;
Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach to potential customers;
Collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience;

Why you are a good fit ?

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
B2 level in English
Good computer skills;
Previous success in a sales-through-service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
