What you’ll be doing?

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and effective solutions;
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers, explaining complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner;
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction;
• Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base;

Why you are a good fit ?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Experience or Interest in Digital Marketing or Google Advertising
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
