Danish Customer Advisor

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Danish Customer Advisor in Athens, Greece!

As a Customer Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels of communication.

You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing?

• Customer contact with customers by telephone, in Danish and in some cases also in English language;
• Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat;
• Resolving questions and troubleshoot
  Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales;
• Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base;

Why you are a good fit ?

• Native or fluent in Danish
• Good in English
• Good computer skills;
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients (but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
• EU passport/ID or Greek work permit
