We are looking for someone passionate about technology and customer service to join our team as Spanish Technical Support. If you love helping others, solving technical problems and working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

What you’ll be doing

Provide technical assistance to the customers in the use of medical devices
Solve technical problems and provide efficient solutions.
Follow up on support cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Document and keep the technical knowledge base up to date.

Why you are a good fit

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
Good level of English (B2/C1)
1 year of experience as Technical Support (mandatory)
Good computer skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
