We are looking for someone passionate about technology and customer service to join our team as Spanish Technical Support. If you love helping others, solving technical problems and working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide technical assistance to the customers in the use of medical devices
    Solve technical problems and provide efficient solutions.
  • Follow up on support cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document and keep the technical knowledge base up to date.

Why you are a good fit

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
  • Good level of English (B2/C1)
  • 1 year of experience as Technical Support (mandatory)
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
