Your Daily Adventures:

  • Operational Leadership: Take charge of the entire hotel’s day-to-day operations.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead by example, fostering a culture of respect and positivity.
  • Coaching and Development: Ensure the growth and development of your team members through effective coaching.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and welcome top talents to your domain.
  • Hands-On Engagement: Actively participate in daily operations, embodying a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Collaboration: Maintain close communication with our Cluster Manager in Düsseldorf and relevant corporate departments.
  • Guest Relations: Be the go-to person for our guests, external service providers, and partners.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze and respond to guest feedback.
  • Efficient Processes: Establish and oversee effective and efficient work processes.
  • Standards Adherence: Implement and monitor adherence to established standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Perform daily and monthly financial closings.
  • Budget Management: Keep a vigilant eye on and meet budgetary targets.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate strategic plans into action.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

If you:

  • Hold a degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Bring extensive experience in an operational leadership role within Lifestyle Hospitality or Gastronomy.
  • Possess the charisma and motivation to lead and inspire your team.
  • Embody warmth, authenticity, and loyalty.
  • Have an open and approachable personality.
  • Thrive both as a leader and a team player.
  • Embrace a hands-on mentality and excel in meeting guest needs.
  • Are fluent in both German and English.
  • Have a foundational understanding of business operations.
