English Medical Technical Support

As a Medical Technical Support, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries related to the proper use and functionality of these devices. You will be expected to provide support to English-speaking customers via both phone and email channels.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Answering phone inquiries, providing support and resolving customer’s issues in a empathetic manner;
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the devices;
  • Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer’s payer, and complete the order entry and the coordination of product shipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions;

Why you are a good fit ?

  • Native or fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • 1 year of experience in Technical Support (mandatory)
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
  • Located in Lisbon
