What your day-to-day will look like
You will receive specialist training for the product/service to:

Assist customers with their inquiries.

Guide them to ensure the best use of the product/service.

Maintain a high level of quality in every case you review.
Requirements: What you need to succeed

Language maestro: Fluent in Icelandic (C1 minimum) and good English communication skills (B2 minimum).

Tech-savvy: Curious and interested in the latest tech trends.

Customer charmer: Experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Empathetic and genuinely committed to understanding customer needs.
