What your day-to-day will look like:
You will receive specialist training for the product/service. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting customer inquiries

Guiding customers to maximize the use of the product/service

Maintaining a high level of quality in each case you handle
Requirements – what you need to succeed in this role:

Fluent in Czech (C1 minimum) and good English communication skills (B2 minimum)

Curious about the latest technology

Customer-oriented mindset; experience is a bonus but not mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Strong empathy and problem-solving abilities
