As a Customer Support Agent, youâll be the friendly, problem-solving partner that helps business clients make the most of the platform.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting B2B clients in Catalan and English via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding clients with tailored solutions
- Verifying account information and following compliance guidelines
- Delivering every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and excellence

Requirements
- Fluency in Catalan and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
