Atlean World is recruiting an Italian Travel Advisor to work in Athens, Greece in one of the most famous ferry agencies of Greece, responsible for connecting passengers over a lot of Greek Islands, Italy and Turkey.

What you’ll be doing?

Support customers with their bookings, ticket management, port or vessel information, seat change, luggage allowance, documentation needed
Handle general requests in several communication channels
Communicate with Ferry operators and partners
Execute ferry tickets cancellations, rebookings, and other inquiries

Fluent Italian Speaker
Good in English
Good computer skills;
Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
Excellent communication skills;
Good listening and empathy skills;
