Our client help travelers find, plan and book their flight and/or hotel and facilitate a worry-free and efficient travel experience.

What you’ll be doing?

• Act as an advisor by advising and assisting your clients by phone before, during and after their work trip;
• Creating suitable travel offers based on the wishes and needs of the traveller, followed by direct booking;
• Providing active sales advice with the aim of making successful flight and/or hotel reservations;

Why you are a good fit ?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Experience or Interest in Tourism and hospitality
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
