Resolve overdue bills via phone and email
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Find viable solutions for debt collection
Discuss open cases with debtors (mainly outbounds)
Inbound and outbound
B2B support

Native/ Proficient Language skills in German
English Language Skills (B2 level or above)
