Atlean World is recruiting a French Travel Advisor to work in Athens, in one of the most famous ferry agencies of Greece, responsible for connecting passengers over a lot of Greek Islands, Italy and Turkey.

What you’ll be doing?

• Support customers with their bookings, ticket management, port or vessel information, seat change, luggage allowance, documentation needed
• Handle general requests in several communication channels
• Communicate with Ferry operators and partners
• Execute ferry tickets cancellations, rebookings, and other inquiries
