As a Customer Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing the customers with personalized beauty advice and answer all their requires. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

What you’ll be doing?

Customer contact with customers by telephone, in Danish and in some cases also in English language;
Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat;
Provide personalized beauty advice and recommendations to customers
Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base;

Why you are a good fit ?

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Danish
Good computer skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Experience or Interest in Digital Marketing or Google Advertising
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
